When you are in the market for a floating dock, you know it is a BIG investment. Every boat is different and the construction of the floating dock is fairly rigid. That means you will need to find an agent that is willing to work with you on the adjustments needed for you boat, and that takes time.  Taking in mind the recent hurricane here is Florida, it makes problems even more complicated. Thats why Jeremy Gerber and his family company is the place you should go to first. We bought our floating dock just before Ian and had alot of adjustment issues. Jeremy responded immediately, sent over help, worked and work until we got it right. Excellent responce to an issue on boat lift.     Made one phone call to Jeremy. Issue was resolved and new floats installed in record time. I lost a conventional piling boat lift and dock during hurricane Ian. I searched for a few months for a better solution for replacement. At the recommendation of Jermey from Tidewater I opted for the Wave Armor pontoon port and dock. Installation was excellent. The design of the port provides and easy on/off docking that is far better than the cable lift system.
